Film Progress 1

So far, the filming has all been done and me and Will have started the editing. From this we have learnt short cuts to using the different tools which has made the editing process faster. For example, Ctrl+A allows you to select a row of shots, Ctrl+C selects the cutting tool and Ctrl+V selects the select tool.
We also ran into some trouble when editing as it was difficult to cut the different clips to make the scene flow correctly. We over came this as we used Premiere Pro more so we became more accustomed to using the software.
All we need to do now is work on the sound and add in the titles.

This is an example of one of the filler shots. We have used these to create suspense. We had to edit these into the film after we had all of the other clips as we realised that using just the original clips would make the film boring and wouldn't fit in with the horror genre.

Some of the shots that we filmed weren't fully focused. We decided to cut these down so that all the shots were in consistent focus.

In the next cut, we hope to start to work on sound and also fine tune any editing that needs to be done.
